Logitech Steering Wheel + Arduino + RC Car

Hi Guys!

I think i already run out of luck finding this kind of project.
Anyone knows how to set up this Logitech Momo Steering Wheel (USB) to the arduino?

If possible i want to control my RC car with this steering wheel, i already managed to hook up my Hitec Optic 6 transmitter to the car,i thought it would be better to use this since i saw a lot of projects using plane transmitters.
I saw one just like this PCTX but i wanted to learn this arduino, i thought it would be more fun to start up with this kind of project.

but i dont know how to edit this programs since i dont have that knowledge for programming but im willing to learn and started to dig some tutorials.
