Loguino 3rd party library folder seems to be empty?

I thought I was going to be able to use loguino as a shortcut on the coding for my first project, a GPS lap timer with accelerometer data, but the instructions reference adding some third party libraries from zip files that aren't in the folders in the master zip file that the instructions say they are in.

I left a comment on github asking the author if this is a known issue, but wondering if anybody here has a quick answer?

I'm really new to this, I already have some of the libraries, but I don't know if there's any quick way to locate the dozen or so 3rd party libraries...

I also don't know how much code editing I'm going to have to use to make this work with the specific GPS shield and accelerometer breakout I have...

The attached picture shows the file folders that are supposed to contain 3rd party libraries.

After opening them all, it looks like one "OneWire" actually has some stuff in it, but the rest are empty....
