Can any one tell me how to increase the distance of IR signal like syma remote control. I can use 3 IR LED in serial and a npn (2n2222) transistor. Before output pin voltage connect to the base of the transistor I used 100ohm resistor. Can any one tell me how to increase the distance over 100 ft. Or is it possible or not? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, it's possible to get range of 100 ft or even 100 meters but it's probably not as easy as adding a couple extra IR LEDs.
You'll likely need to use laser tag setups.
Here are some links on the topic.

Using extra LEd could get a range of 100 M easily but not with a wide beam angle.
Used to use this method with optics for beam break security detectors.
Passe now.
For remote , they normally have large beam angle and limited range.
Optics can sort that but you have to be accurate with pointing.
There are also narrow beam IR LEDs.
I have used the SFH400 with integrated glass lens, but the beam might be too narrow for a handheld remote.
Leo..
Thanks every one for your kind feed back. I am following your suggestion. I will let you know what happens next.
Unless you use good optics, you'll have to quadruple IR power fro double the range. For long
range a lens system is the way to go, but you only get point-to-point, not broadcast or course.
