How can i send information between two arduinos over a long range of about 2km in an area with lots of electrical inteference (WiFi, Radio communications and 4G etc.)

Ill be sending the values of different pins. (Eg. Sensor values, digital values etc. Of different pins).

THE ARDUINOS WILL NOT BE IN A LINE OF SIGHT.
