Long Range Ground RC(120-200kph)

AMATEUR ALERT

Hello, so after fiddling with an autonomous Arduino car I want to design and build an RC car capable of going 120-250kph and can stream video to the operator with as little delay as possible. Where should I start? what types of motor and rf shield/drivers should I use?

As far as boards go I was thinking a Mega as a master and 3 nano slaves. the mega would deal with communicating with the 3 slaves 1 nano slave would deal with motors 1 nano slave to deal with RF communication and 1 nano to deal with the internal climate control and monitoring.

I figured I’d use 4 driving motors with electronic differentials 1 servo for steering and a fan to cool.

Thoughts? Input? Is this feasible?
