Long range RF remote control

Hi, I am trying to set up long range RF remote control transmitter and receiver device using this module.

3000feet control range is just what I need.
When a button(like this one http://www.eleparts.co.kr/pdf/jps2285.pdf) on the transmitter is pushed, I need LEDs on the receiver to be flashed. Could you advise me how to set up such functionality using the RF modules like the one I mentioned?
I've seen the module data guide of both transmitter and receiver but frankly, I need more help and advise to simplify the circuit for only the functionality I mentioned. Please help me.

The module looks to be a SMT part... do you just have the module or is it mounted on a PCB with antenna, etc?
