If you paste a full schematic together it looks like most of the data lines go straight to the "Mikey" 6502 microprocessor. This bodes well!
DO0-3, P1-4, CLK1-3, CL2, TPR, DBL, and Reset
That's 15 lines. Not impossible on the Arduino.
