Those two phrases/words are mutually exclusive.
Get the proper manufacturers - the ones that have their products UL certified.
It may come as a surprise for you but everything, including "UL listed" stuff, is made in China nowadays, so why not go directly to the source?

Send the OP to Alibaba when he asks for UL product? I honestly hope you are not being serious. Yes, China builds LOTS of UL labeled products but more importantly, they build way, way more counterfeit UL products.
The OP asked for UL Listed. I point him to one of the largest, easiest to use, bonafide, legitimate distribution sources in the USA for the vendors that build such product. Of course said product may possibly be built in in China, it's irrelevant to the discussion, it is only the security of the distribution chain that can provide the traceability required if the OP needs to prove the product is truly legitimate.
When you get called out for pointing him to one of the world's largest enablers in the trafficking of counterfeit goods, your response is an empty attempt to educate me in the differences between UL Listed and UL Certified?

Digikey may be one of the biggest distributors in the USA, well, we don't know whether OP is in the USA in the first place, or if not, whether Digikey is active in their locality. The world is SO much bigger than just the USA. I know it's a common thing for USAians to think everyone else is also in the USA but in reality 95% of the world's population is not.
Alibaba is a great platform to get directly in touch with manufacturers. There are good manufacturers and there are bad ones - and it's up to the buyer to make that assessment - and to choose the quality that's right for them.

Excellent. Then it will be trivial for you to recommend three good manufacturers of plug-in wall transformers who conduct business on Alibaba. Bear in mind that if you are unable to follow through I will suspect you are, in the best case, a troll and, in the worst case, a spammer.

@Hansen70, I prefer CUI for my wallwarts. You can find cheaper but, in my opinion, their products are worth the extra cost.
