Looking for Arduino code to modify strandtest.ino

I am trying to modify the strandtest.ino to be able to make a set of 4 diodes chase down the strand so that when the 5th diode comes on the 1st diode goes off sequentially all the way down the strand. Is this possible to do?

Hi, with your current level of programming skill, not possible. You will know when you have gained the neccessary level of skill when you suddenly realise "yes, of course its possible".

I am certain that I do not want to learn this code. I do not have time to do it. I am willing to pay reasonable price to have it done. Are you able to provide the coding?

Yes, but at an unreasonable price (I already have a reasonably well paid job, so like you I am "time poor"). There is a "collaberations" section of this forum where you could seek paid coders.

Like many others here, I try to help those who have the time and willingness to learn for free because for some bizzare reason I seem to enjoy it.
