Wanted: Dual SPST pushbutton controller to operate ESC for Brushless Motor
Functions needed:
Press and HOLD Switch 1 to ARM (and maintain arming of) circuit
Press and Release (P&R) Switch 2 (S2) for 20% throttle signal to ESC
P&R S2 again for 40%
P&R S2 again for 60%
P&R S2 again for 80%
P&R S2 again for 100%
P&R S2 again for 0%
At any time, Release S1 for 0% (emergency shutoff)
After any release of S1: ESC will not be powered until both switches released and circuit re-armed by P&H S1, allowing next P&R of S2 to give 20%.
Think Snow surfer type device... Armed by holding down S1. Throttled by sequential clicking of S2 in 20% increments, 5 clicks to 100%, click 6 is 0%. If anything weird happens, release S1 to shut everything down. Once ready for operation again, ESC must start back at 0%. For example: If emergency stop occurs at 60%, two switch operation needs to allow start back at 0%, not revert to last power setting (60%) or worse.
