Looking For Collaborator - Monome Patchbay Project

I've got an interesting project in mind and I'm looking for a collaborator. I'm primarily a programmer, with a little experience in electronics construction (I've built a few arduinomes and various other small projects) but not in complex circuit/PCB design, so I need some help on this aspect. If I attempted to do it myself I would most likely end up in a world of frustration when trying to debug. I will be working on the software/arduino code and overall design.

The project is a monome-style patch bay controller. Looks very similar, but instead of buttons, it has 6.35mm sockets. Each socket has a clear acrylic ring around which is lit by an LED. It's fairly similar to the arduinome electronically, however it requires an 8x8 RGB LED grid, as the purpose of the LEDs is to indicate information about the relevant socket through colour.

I have a full specification document prepared which I'll sent to anyone interested. I want this project to be fully available to the community and an easy-build, with a simple enclosure and PCB.

If you might be interested in collaborating, please contact me at david@theimpersonalstereo.com and I can give you some more information and send you my spec document. I should also mention that I'm based in the UK, although I'm willing to work with anyone so this hopefully shouldn't be an issue.
