Any body here have an example on how to interface arduno to a JVC 7" Detachable Touch Screen. This screen is a part of a JVC Car Audio which is detachable to prevent thief by bring it with you when you out of the car. Any Guide is Welcome.

Unless you are a LCD-wizard yourself and have access to a Due or similar board with an ARM processor, you probably won't get it working.
You need a complete service manual for the unit too, complete with schematics to figure out howthe circuit works.
