Looking for high temperature sensors

Im looking for different sensors/moduls which can be used in high ambient temperatures (~120-150°C)

  1. Air pressure sensor
  2. Temperature array
  3. Air temperature sensor
  4. Wifi module

Do you have any suggestions?

Don't you by any chance forget about the Arduino or other microprocessor? It sounds to me like you want to use your compete project at that temperature - why is that? What is is that you're trying to do?

High temperature versions of chips (look for the automotive versions) typically max out at 135° which is in the middle of your range.
