Hi all,
I'm using an 5v arduino Pro mini for a project to be powered by an 18650 battery 3.7v, and it will spend long periods in power down mode. I have disabled the internal regulator and power led, so the board itself consumes only microamps, but I'm having trouble finding a 3.7v - 5v step up module that will also use only microamps quiescent current when the load is very small (pro mini asleep). Can anyone suggest anything. It need to only supply 200-300 ma at the most when the Board is actually awake and busy. I have found microchips that do this, but I can't find an actual module that does it.
Thanks
Paul uk
Do you need 5V for something? a 3.3V Pro Mini will run straight off a Lipo battery, no regulation needed.
