No. That is an entire project you have to make it yourself.

Your English question is hard to understand for me. There are a lot of open questions (between() )
I interpreted your question as follows:

Which Arduino board do I need to make a project with:

  • LCD monitor, (yes, grafical, text, what size?)
  • voltage sensing, (yes, what range, accuracy?)
  • current sensing, (yes, what range, accuracy?)
  • temperature sensing monitoring, (yes, what range, accuracy?)
  • speed control, (yes, speed of what? does it include measuring speed?)
  • PURGE control, (please give more information what you mean by this)
  • load cut off, (please give more information what you mean by this)
  • buzzer (yes, what kind of buzzer, small large?)

In short I expect an Arduino UNO would be adequate, but you must describe your project in far more detail to be sure.
Also which sensors (LCD, buzzer) to use for the above project is hard to advice as you do not provide any specification.

So please write in detail the goal of your project and the specifications of the sensors, LCD and buzzer.

  4. Temperature sensing monitoring ( Range?0° - 60°C Accuracy?±0.5 °C or ±1 °C )
  5. Fan Control ( Voltage: 12v . can control the strength of the fan. )
  6. Purge control ( Purge interval can be controlled and Purge make up time )
  7. Load off ( Is a protective mechanism. Read voltage or current sensing sensing. Decide YES or NO to start protection )
  8. Piezo Buzzer ( 3V - 15V, 85dB, 5mA(9V )
