Does anyone know of some places that I can get one-off coding jobs for arduino? I've gotten a couple through the #community:jobs, but that isn't used a huge amount. Is there another forum or something like that for this sort of thing?

Yes, that is what I said in my first post. However, a new project only comes up every few weeks, and I usually miss it as most are in america, so I'm in bed when they are posted.

The problem with most of these sites is that the programmer has to put his offer on the stock exchange with a fixed price, not yet seeing a specific task. I don't understand how this can work for such diversity area as programming
fiverr is good because the client contacts you, and then you accept or reject the job.
I guess I will stick with fiverr for now.
+1 for Fiverr, personally I like it more than Upwork
