Looking for very low power flip flop IC (or register)

hi, would like you opinion on the lowest powered IC that can drive a mosfet when microprocessor is turned off. Currently I've looked at 555 timer as flip flops, or the CMOS 74164,595 series ( I bought a few of these CMOS 7400 series, but still waiting for them to arrive) Those will have an input current of about 80uA ~ 100uA after the pins have been configured.

Please advice on other parts that have lower current requirement .

First you will need a mosfet that can be driven by logic levels. The AUP logic family has Icc<0,9uA
