Looking to hire a programmer for EV project

I'm not rich, but I do need expert help. Please bid on what you think it would take to do the job.

The job: I have a large, one person electric vehicle. The motor controller spits out motor RPM and controller temperature over a 3-pin UART. It spits out other data, but that's all I need. I need to program an Arduino Uno I have embedded in the dashboard to read the appropriate data packets and print to a standard 2-line LCD. I have the ICD which describes the data packet format I can send you.

I don't want or need it to be more complicated than that and I have way too much on my plate to try and figure it out myself. Let me know if you feel confident you can pull it off.
