Loose headers on integrated circuit

Good morning, Hope you're doing well!

I wanted to ask you if there's a better way to repair this loose headers on a MB102 breadboard power supply I bought.

I was thinking about to apply some flux, put the pin on its right position, and then heat it with the soldering iron.

Thanks in advance!

Why are they loose ?

ordered it online, came like that (the ones in the middle of the pic). Like if the solder wasn't hot enough when it was soldered

Your photo is out of focus bit it looks like some of the pins are bent rather than loose. How well packed was the board ?

If the pins are loose then examine their solder pads very carefully. It is possible that the pins are soldered to the solder pads OK but because they have been pushed out of shape in transit that the solder pads are no longer connected to the tracks on the PCB

Can you test the continuity between the pins and elsewhere on the PCB ?

the 3V3, 5V and Ground pins have the right continuity, but the + - ones don't seem to have continuity.

Somethings ripped the pads off the board I think - you'll need to repair by scraping solder mask off the surrouding traces and soldering on some bodge wires to bridge to the pin - it won't be mechanically very sound though.

But the board looks pretty badly everywhere damaged, might take a lot of work.
