Yes(that is, I can open it - but it isn't visible in Unread, nor in Latest), but the question is, why did it suddenly appear (in either Latest, or Unread, I have to admit I don't recall which I was looking at). I deliberately unselected "Consider topics unread" after the recent thread on this topic by @sonofcy .
I took a look at the topic and was not able to see any recent activity. So unfortunately I don't have any answer for that.
Thank you. I consider it to be more of the same aberrant discourse behaviour @sonofcy was observing, and won't raise the topic again(until I forget...).
