Lost login password on Yun

Hello everyone, Can someone please help me I just forgot my login password to check my wifi status , this is my link "http://192.168.137.103/cgi-bin/luci/webpanel/set_password" .

I do obtain the IP Address and when I put it on the URL to check my wifi status my password is wrong.

Please help good people

You will have to factory reset your Yun. This is done via the Yun rest button being held down for @30secs (If memory serves me correct)

You can easily reset your password:

  • Connect the Yun to your computer using the microUSB connection.
  • Select the Yun's USB connection in the Arduino IDE's Port menu.
  • Load the YunSerialTerminal example sketch onto your Yun, using the USB interface.
  • Open the Serial Monutor (you may have to re-select your Yun's USB interface again on the Port menu)

With the Linux system booted, you should now have direct access to the Linux system's command line. You can type the [b]passwd[/b] command, and it will walk you through the process to set a new password.
