This worked awesome! Thanks! I did play around with the timing and got it dialed in perfect. I then attempted to take it out of loop function because I need it to run once after power up. Again I am confused. Tried so many ways. Honestly I need to add more effects for it to work exactly the way I need it to. 
So I was pondering on how to make this project a reality. I would like to continue with your help. It’s greatly appreciated. That being said can I offer compensation to get this finished on time. Not sure if this is possible on or off this forum?
