Love the Triggers! Thank You!

I have been waiting for triggers for two years! I have several temperature/humidity sensors deployed in my student housing properties. Now I can set alerts for when temperatures get below 50F in the basements (heat not working) or if humidity is above 60% (pressure relieve valves blow on water heaters and boilers).

Next I am going to set up moisture sensors with alerts.

Once again, thank you - you made my winters slightly less anxious. Frozen pipes are no fun, nor are flooded basements when pressure relieve valves go.

Well done! Nice to know the are working for you.

Do you use the phone notifications? If so, can you get a sound notification?

I'm trying to set up an call/alarm button for someone who is ill. When the button is pressed, I get notification note on my iPhone, and it's really reliable, but I can't for the life of me get it to trigger a sound from my iPhone.

I posted for help, but got no response.

I do use the push notifications, but I usually have my phone silenced anyway. I just tried and a didn't get a sound notification. I went into notifications, announce notifications - on, and it reads
"IOT remote" does not classify any of its notifications as Time Sensitive or direct messages.

So Siri will not announce them either

Perhaps we can suggest that as a ticket item for further development. I think it would be very useful.

Thanks, that's good work thanks. There's no point in us switching sound on to no effect. It has to be an App bug.
