Low frequency piezzoelectric sensor

I am looking for a piezzoelectric sensor that can capture low frequency sounds in Hz, particularly abdominal sounds which are in the range of 20Hz to 800Hz.
I have tried to look for this sensor but most sources do not state the frequency and others are typically meant for kHz. Please help.

You could try piezo film, available in various sizes and configurations.

Why not use a conventional microphone?

You can choose flexible film sensors like this.

What is making the sound.
Piezo sensors are typically contact sensors, not air wave sensors.
The load resistance on the sensor raises the lowest frequency cut-off.

Why are you fixed on a piezo sensor when a regular speaker with a paper cone can be placed on the abdomen and that will create an electrical signal that can be amplified. Can go down to almost zero Hz. Or look for a dynamic microphone, which is the same thing, but in a smaller case.

A stethoscope with an elektret mic at the other end of the tube could work.
