my arduino is giving less output i.e led is blinking very dim whats the problem
You're the one with the Arduino in front of you; you tell us about it.
Wild guess: pin not pinMode'd as an output? Or you have a huuuuge resistor in series?
(Reason it's a guess is that you provided no info.... circuit, code)
