Low Power Library for the ATMEGA8

I have seen the fabulous low power library at GitHub - rocketscream/Low-Power: Low Power Library for Arduino

but it seems this may not work for the ATMEGA8

Does anyone know any more information or if there is another library, I have googled and found nothing as yet

You might have to go through chip datasheets to know what to change.
There might be parts of the mega328P it shuts down that the mega8 just doesn't have!

Datasheets are at www.atmel.com and you dig a bit from there.

Yeah I thought I may have to do the spadework myself, once I have done it I might look at adapting the LowPower libs so that it switches for ATMega8's :slight_smile:
