Is there anything out there I can put as an input into the Arduino and use the values to determine a low voltage?
I know there is a low voltage beeper which makes a sound when the voltage gets low, but I'd like the robot to turn itself off and not have me race for the power button lol
Thanks in advance
What batteries are you using to power the Robot? Its easy to add a low voltage calculation and an analogue input to make a LVD, but different battery technologies have different thresholds and discharge curves. As an example Lithium has a very flat curve so the LVD needs to react very quickly.
It’s a LiPo, 2s
How would I be able to solve it?
Measure the voltage using a potential divider and the analogue input. When you see it drop low then power down.
