Hi!
Im using an LR7843 MOSFET with 24V and its only letting through 17,8V. Even if i raise the input voltage to 48V the mosfet lets through 18,3V which is a big problem because i want to controll a 24V LED strip.
Do you have any experience with that or i'm just doing something wrong?
Hello @maresz ,
Welcome!
MOSFETs do not 'let through' voltage. They vary their drain to source resistance depending on the gate to source voltage.
Please read the forum guidelines How to get the best out of this forum then post a schematic (hand drawn and photographed is OK) and maybe some photos of your project. Code would be useful too, in code tags </> please. Details in the tutorial I linked to.
Thank you.
Yes.
Please provide a schematic circuit diagram. Hand drawn is okay, Fritzing not.
Welcome: Sorry to say you are definitely doing something wrong and or have a bad part. While you are posting an annotated schematic include links to "Technical information" on all of the hardware items. Frizzy pictures although they might look nice are a waste of time and are useless. The number LR7843 returns several devices and and MOSFETs. Without the schematic, not pictures it is not worth my time to answer your question.
