I'm running some tests with a encoder from Lynxmotion.

I'm new at this so I want to start off simple by using only channel A.
The specs are
• Cycles per revolution: 100
• Quadrature counts per revolution: 400
• Frequency: 30kHz
How many (RISING) signals do I need to count for one complete wheel rotation?
