M0 pro programming over serial5

Hello guys

As the subject for this thread tells. I wonder if it is possible to program the arduino m0 pro over the serial5 interface (pin 0 and pin 1), or if it is even possible?

I have alredy tried uploading directly on the pins (both with the arduino IDE in programming and native port mode).
Ofcourse that dident work....
I know this is possibly on the uno but i havent been able to find any information regarding the m0 pro...
This closest article i found was this: http://www.avdweb.nl/arduino/samd21/sam ... ammer.html
But now exactly what i need. Or maybe it is? :?:

New arduino m0 pro boards have an EDBG S/N sel "jumper pad" at the button. I tried to short that. Tha only resulted in both native and programming port not showing up at the computer.

I find the lack of information regarding this as an insult, so i hope someone have an idea how to do this

I also posted this topic at arduino.org, but the forum seems kinda "dead". And as the zero/m0 pro almost is the same hardware så i guss the "procedure" wuld be almost identical.
