MAC IDE not recognizes arduino port usb

Bought a UNO Arduino , downloaded the IDE , installed normal connected the card ( lit normally , went on FDI in Tools> plates and selected Arduino / genuine UNO , went on Tools> gate was to select USB , but it does not have this option , only bluetooth ... what can I do to be able to recognize and be able to program ? Remember that I'm macbook pro and mac os x latest version ... Thanks

Sounds like you have an Uno clone with a third-party USB-to-Serial chip. You may need to figure out what chip your "Uno" uses and find the driver for it.

Post the markings on the UNO's USB chip, which is the one next to the USB port.
