Hey Guys, I Made an Arduino IDE Debian/Ubuntu Package, and I would like to share it with you guys, it works pretty well, adds menu entries, and of course, provides an easy way to install the arduino ide for debian based systems(ubuntu, xandros, linux mint...)

Did not work for me :+(
ERROR: Wrong architecture 'i386'
Yes I'm running AMD 64.
Fail to load an image here !
just picture, if you will, Package Installer - Arduino-ide with the above error. the detail and included file tabs hold nothing of interest or use.
Had Arduino 17 working under Ubumtu 9.04 AMD64 after some muching about with a serial file... That was until the HDD died. :+(
Back to the works laptop and XP.

ok then re-download the file it should work now, also, are you running a 64 bit OS, if so, it might not work

ok that might not work, you can try anyways, however, i will be making a 64-bit package in a little
