In the limit technsine.l meen l use some kind of signal arduino

For three-axis CNC you can use GRBL software (Grbl CNC controller · GitHub) and a GRBL Shield on an Arduino UNO. Read about those to see what kind of stepper motors you can drive with the GRBL Shield.

Before you do any of the suggestions already made, decide what kind of CNC machine you are building. Milling machine, a wood routing machine, an etching machine, a welding machine, a knitting machine, a soldering machine, many others are possible.

Then decide how big a machine you are building. That will give some idea of how much power you need and where you need it connected.
