ive noticed that there has been no solution to any maduino questions. if i had to guess maduino is just chinese spy ware.

We have a small community of forum helpers, who try to support a huge number of users of a large, diverse, and ever growing ecosystem of hardware products. If none of the helpers happen to have expertise with a given hardware product, then the level of support for that product is low.
Is the lack of solutions to questions about the Maduino hardware your sole evidence for making that accusation? If so, I think it is irresponsible. I don't have any knowledge about this specific product, so it is always possible that it is malicious in some way, but you shouldn't make such assertions publicly unless have actual evidence to back them.
Many of the manufacturers of hardware products for the Arduino/maker/hobbyist market are fairly small businesses that might be significantly harmed by baseless rumors about their products.

Maybe you should fine tune your search skills instead of accusing companies from "spying".
