Does the spin of atoms ever slow down? That is where magnetism comes from. The spin is aligned all in the same direction. So, no. The magnetic flux may become disarranged, but never able to be lost.

NdFeB magnets have very high coercivity and in practice will not lose strength in normal situations,
only excessive temperature will be a risk to them as the Curie point temperature is pretty low.
Its the act of removing a magnet from its keeper that risks demagnetizing it, a problem with older hard
magnetic materials like AlNiCo and magnetic steels. Older materials were also shock-sensitive, so that
mechanical impacts would cause lose of flux.
