Hi all, I have been using a tweezer for 2 months it worked great but today i tried to pick small magnets with it and now it has became magnetized and is no more usable to pick small components because legs of the components stick to the tweezers. I tried to heat it but it didn't work.
Please help.

You clearly didn't heat it all to the Curie point - you'd need to heat the entire thing, any magnetism
left in it anwhere will affect the tips. Even then there wlll be slight magnetism imprinted from the
earth's field...
Ceramic (zirconia) tweezers are definitely the answer, fantastic material.
You can also buy tool megnetiser/demagnetisers. I've not used them so I can't speak to their effectiveness.
