Mains control

Hi All I am using a Decimilla and will need to control mains loads. I am using single outputs for each function. I would like to have LED's in the "loop" for diarnostics e.g. Output pin -> LED -> Relay -> Ground This should led me see the condition of the relays in the event of a failure.

What is the best way to wire in the relays/LED's? series/ parralel to ground?

What relays would you suggest, I will need to control: 240VAC @ upto 13A 120VAC @ upto 20A 24VAC @ 1A

P.s. is there a ready built relay board for doing this or at least some of it?

Just looking what modules are around on ebay .|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50

I like to put some isolation between low and high voltages non totally right .

Those look good,
They are a bit over kill for what im looking for. I only need 4 relays
They are a bit underkill for what im looking for in terms of power handling

I will be needing to produce these in quantities of approx 100. Is there anyone who would be able to do 100 boards for a decent price? This is of course if I cant find anything suitable that already exists lol.
