1 belt motor
I want different reduce rate for 3 raw meterials for a selected weight
Reduce rate is controled with pwm signal

Let me reiterate my response on another board. You need to supply a lot more information. How to control the various hardware devices, links to hardware specifications of those devices. What is the environment this will be located in? You show a belt, how big is the motor. Where are the load cells, how sensitive are they. How much to weigh for each batch. How do you know PWM will work and what hardware is it driving? How fast are the motors operating ..etc. Without more information we cannot help you. I can not give you any code that might work without the above information and more.
