Do you understand what we are saying here?
I calculate that L_TERMS will take 4 * 6 * 64 * 3 = 4608 bytes, which is already more than you have on a Uno.
You have 2048 bytes of RAM. That array alone uses 4608 bytes. You don't have that much memory. Discussion closed. You need to find a different way of doing things.
