Couldn't this configuration be one of default pre-installed configurations in Tools -> Board menu?
Similar variants with Atmega8, Atmega16 would also be useful... For example, Atmega8 is cheaper (at least in my region), and using internal clock makes it simpler to assemble and somewhat more robust... (had some problems with crystal & noise, for example).
It's nice to have such awesome Arduino project that makes electronics hacking so easy, though you know.. it's always not enough XD .
