That is impossible with what you have given us. My eyes and most of the people on this forum cannot see it either and are we are not clairvoyant. Start by posting an annotated schematic showing exactly how you have wired it, include links to each haredware devices technical info. Be sure to show all connections, power, ground, power sources and note any wires over 10"/25cm in length.
