Making a timer with potentiometer

Hello all,

I have a trouble about arduino. I have a project that's name is 'kitchen timer'.I have just done the project from internet it's working very-well no problem with it(made it from hacksterio (I hope sharing the site is not forbidden)).But I need to add potentiometer to state time boundaries instead of push buttons.I don't know how can I do it, where should I research this issue from.Can you help me guys :sob: :sob:

Is that link working? It doesn't lead me anywhere.I am on the cellphone does it matter?(I don't think so)

Hello!
You can use the analog input to read the potentiometer value and the 'map' function to set the range.
Dont forget to place a capacitor between the input and GND to reduce noise.
