Making Circuit Diagrams

Newbie here, hope this thread is appropriate for this question.

I like to document my work, and as I am working through arduino tutorials I would like to be making circuit diagrams, storing screen shots in WORD reports to myself. I have messed a bit with TINKERCAD, but it appears to be a bit limited in the icons it can display. Was wondering if anyone can recommend freeware or cheapware that is good at making diagrams.

I just found this site;

and it looks like it has some good capability. Any comments would be appreciated.

Looks like it could be usable.
Might have to make your own symbol components, that's one way to get better at using the program.
I've certainly made a lot of Eagle symbols over my Arduino "career".

I would suggest KiCad and LTspice.

While an actual circuit design package (EAGLE, KICAD, etc) is probably somewhat harder to learn than a simple drawing package with some electronics symbols, it’s also a lot more powerful and will take you further...
