Any bad connection or misrouted trace? I wouldn't want to spend $25 and not find out until later something starts to smoke. I could have added ICSP header for use with programing dongle without needing UNO board.
Feel free to grab my board to make your own ISP shield if there's no error.

Fritzing? Many people dislike them because it's too easy to post a design with messy, hard to follow wiring and say "it doesn't work"
I've tried using KiCad but it keeps BSoDing my desktop computer for some reason.

Eagle is OK, a picture or PDF might be better.
