Ah yes! It was a blue background.
My memory is fading along with the text contrast nowadays. 
My comments are not particularly aimed at this web site, as much as the IDE.
I don't think the Preferences go as far as allowing the font colors in the IDE to be changed.
Comments using /* are particularly difficult to read. It would be nice to be able to pick a color for these, rather than very pale grey.
Or maybe select another font for comments?
