I am trying to Implement a Soil moisture level detection system. I have made a box and then placed each sensor on near corner sides, total four corners so four YL-69 soil moisture sensors module are present. When I connected the system to my surprise at same given conditions following were the soil sensor values
Sensor1 = 566-578
Sensor2 = 962-985
Sensor3 = 561-592
Sensor4 = constant 1023
on a scale of 0 - 1024.
Sensor 1 and 3 are on further side of the box, while sensor 2 and 4 are on closer side to the box from where I stand.
Now, I don't understand the fluctuation among the sensor values as I need to actuate the motor at fixed rating, how to solve this problem ?

Change which pins the sensors are connected to. If the problem follows one sensor, that sensor, or its wiring, is bad.
