I have a fan with only two wires.

I want manually rotate fan. When fan rotates led is on and I can read rotation data.
I don't want to damage board from induction feedback. Board is MKR 1000.

Do you mean that you want to detect the voltage that is generated when you rotate the fan blade with a finger?
If so, be aware that the voltage might be positive or negative depending on the direction of rotation. Arduinos do not like negative voltages. And for brief periods the voltage generated may also be much higher than the Arduino can tolerate.
There are other ways to detect rotation - for example with an optical sensor.
If you give us a description of the entire project it will be much easier to give useful advice.

I wanted to count fan rotations and I don't have optical sensor. I used magnetic sensor (I put one little peace of metal on one blade). It works.
Thanks on suggestion to change approach.
Wrong item for the job. Make an optical sensor rotary encoder type deal. If you only want to count rotations and direction doesn't matter, then your options are many and they're all much simpler and more sensible.
