Hi,
I've been struggling for couple of weeks on a seemingly easy task - I'm trying to manually compile an arduino sketch and upload to my new Arduino Yun board (with atemega32u4). Right now I've found appropriate command and been able compile up until a main.hex file, I compare the .hex file with the one that is made by Arduino application and they are the same.
However, when I try to upload the .hex file to the board, I'm constantly getting error message saying that my butterfly programmer is not responding.
The code I was using is:
/Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java/hardware/tools/avr/bin/avrdude -C /Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java/hardware/tools/avr/etc/avrdude.conf -v -v -v -v -p atmega32u4 -cavr109 -P/dev/tty.usbmodem1421 -b19200 -D -Uflash:w:LED_blink_c.cpp.hex :i

Right now I've tried multiple baud rate but no luck... What I'm very curious is that by running "->" on the arduino application 1.5.5, everything runs specifically smooth and easy, but I just got stuck at this stage with no clue why things stop working.
Any help will be appreciated...
