Many LEDS and Adafruit's PCA9685, example needed

Hi:

Is there any example (sketch) or any hint about how to turn LEDs on with the PCA9685?

I've used it with servos but don't know how to use it with LEDs. Is it the same command? setPWM?

This tutorial shows how to chain PCA9685 boards. Connect LEDs with current limiting resistor same as when using LED PWM on an Uno.
