Much appreciated, If anybody set-up an environment where:
one Master Arduino controlling eight/8 or more slave Arduino's in their local netwrok. Master Arduino is connection to Internet while other are not. Similar environment close is also fine so that I can get some traction!

I've never done that, but if I had to connect so many Yuns, I would make the master one act like Access Point and have the others join it. The master one also has an ethernet cable plugged in

Connect all the slave Yun's using an RS485 network, then use a protocol such as Modbus RTU which is designed for a single master and multiple slaves.
Each device controls the bus by asserting the RTS line.
